Title: Pork Ribs: Different types?
Post by: Boosted98gsx on September 25, 2011, 04:16:59 PM
I heard somewhere that there are different cuts (other than baby back ribs) that are a better choice for grilling. Anyone know the different cuts?

Spare ribs, St Louis cut ( which are trimmed spare ribs) and country ribs (which are actually boneless cuts of pork butt)
