Hello All,
Using my new Auber for Bradley digital smoker this weekend. Looking forward to less temp swings as my Bradley was terrible. Any advice for 1st time use?
THank you in advance!

Hi,
Welcome to the forum,
Yea, I have some very deep and thoughtful advice for you..........have fun with it.
Oh yea, did you season it first???
THEN, have fun with it.
Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and annoys the pig.

I would practice with it. You can always set it up ahead of time how you want it and it will keep it in memory so you just plug it up and hit the switch.

1 hour. That's how long it took for my 4 rack.
