Hello all,

I have been poking around here for quite some time. I just got a 4 rack obs. So far I have smoked chicken halves with brine and rub, a venison backstrap wrapped in bacon......and I have 2 7.5# briskets ready to come out in about another hour. Mmmmm.
Really enjoying smoking meat. maybe a local bear will follow the scent trail and fall in to the smoker.

Welcome and looking forward to seeing some of your smokes.

Welcome Sierra!
Since you have bears around, don't leave a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken out anywhere near your new smoker.
'Cause uhhh...  They'll bring all the cuzzins and their cubs and destroy everything in sight.
Just trust me on this, ok?   ;D
