Friends BS Not Working

As some of you remember a post I made a few weeks back, My friend got an original BS for christmas and it didnt heat. Some of you said for him to gently tighten the nuts on the heater. Well no luck. He contacted Bradley and they sent him just about everything they could think of to him. (Great folks)

Anyways he did all the repairs and still no luck. So Bradley told him to take it back to Cabelas for a new BS....blaa blaaa.......Cabelas is giving him a new BS......cool
