What Happened

Last week it was sunny and warm, even had a couple of days where the temps hit 20*C. I get up today and this what I see, a cold rainy day. :P
]

So what is a guy to do on a day like this. Smoke something of course. The wife says we are out of blazing nuts so I happily get out a bag pistachios and a bag of almonds, mix it all up and into the smoker with Pecan rolling (don't have any Hickory pellets yet - they are on order). ;D
]

In another hour or so they will be done and then I will prep a loin for Maple CBB. Salvaged a crappy day and get good eats to boot. :)
