4 lb. pork loin, trimmed of fat then multiple stab wounds!

Covered in teriyaki sauce and allowed to absorb for a bit

Got the poop mixed up

And slathered on, into the fridge for an over nighter

Resting while the smoker comes up to temp

Heading off to work, we'll see where we're at when I get home!

You can't leave us hanging on what was digested for the poop. Looks like some veggies and mustard from here.

I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Looks real good WTS.  I'd figure if you had a goodly batch of 'poop', it could go into scrambled eggs, chicken, here kitty, kitty.  Whoops, sorry.  You'd have to ask Ka Honu about the latter  ;D ;D

I'm gonna be doing a pork loin for New Year's Day so I'm taking notes here.

I was inspired by all this WTS.  I'm doing a pork loin for New Year day but was a bit short of ingredients, so I dug around in the cabinets.

I found this stuff.

Contents below (after some sampling).

My wife said "I love carrots."  What followed sounded like a James Brown song.  Yeah they're hot.

I figured on one or two J's, some carrot slices and some CT sauce in the FP.  Slather the pork loin and put in the fridge over night.

I'll let you know how it worked out tomorrow.
