Title: Boneless skinless Chicken Breast - Bacon wrapped
Post by: chiefbuz on November 09, 2011, 11:00:28 AM
I followed another posters way to smoke bacon wrapped chicken breast.
Marinated them for 1.5 days and then bacon wrapped.
Smoked for 1 hour on 230 degrees and cooked for another 1 hour and 15 minutes until IT of 160.
Also smoked some spicy cajun boudin with it.  Came out awesome!

Here is a pic before smoking

Here is one after smoking.  They tasted great!
