Title: Brisket Success
Post by: J-Lo on June 05, 2016, 08:30:47 PM
2nd smoke an 1st brisket.  Am so thankful for the knowledge on this forum.  Came off without a hitch and I learned a ton.  Started with 11 pound packer.  Trimmed and rubbed.  Total time of 13 hours with 5 hours mesquite smoke at 225-250.  FTC'd at 200 for 2 hours.  Was incredible all the way around.  Great bark, still moist - point was especially amazing.  Thanks again for all the help.  I am getting addicted.
