And I did a whole chicken the other night (no pictures cuz I got home later than anticipated from work and that's all I had out to eat for dinner and so not done til almost 830) and it was fabulous.

July 28 is round three of the Midwest Smokeout...a (now) annual gathering of friends and smoker's at Tenpoint5's residence.  Had the honor and privilege of attending last year, and hoping to be able to make it back this year...too early to make the call yet.

I'm a little to your Southwest in Ida Grove, IA.

Where does everyone get their bisquettes? I know they are obviously available online, but any retailers carry them?????

Bass Pro is where I get mine - they're only a couple miles up the road from me

Cabelas (they even have their own special flavor - Rosemary, Pepper & Thyme)

If you ever get to the exotic island and town of Lamu (off the coast of Kenya), "Bradley Bisquette Central" always has the best deals...
Just walk in, tell 'em 10.5 sent ya, and they'll give you an extra 10% off...
