Hey Everyone,
I finally pulled the trigger on a Bradley and should be getting it next week. I've been doing a lot of smoking lately using my Napoleon grill with wood chips and a smoker box - but find it quite time consuming because it has to be babied. Plus it's hard to get below 250 degrees.
I was on the fence about buying it but this forum really put me over the edge. Wow! Everyone seems really passionate about their Bradley!
I'm an avid food porn-ographer so look out for some photos once I get my OBS! Here is some of my grilling work:

Nice pics. Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to more pics.
Welcome aboard! Very nice 'dirty' food pictures.. What kind of camera are you using?
This intrigues me, how exactly do you make it?

hey squirt - i'm using a prosumer camera. a Canon XTi DSLR. most of these photos were taken with a Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 lens.
re: the London Broil. not sure where you're from but they're very common here in Canada. they're available at most butchers. there are a few different variants but essentially it's a ground sausage/pork/veal patty, bacon wrapped around that, with top round steak wrapped around the entire thing. never made one myself but what you'll see in the picture is butcher twine wrapped around the patties to hold them together.
here's how the wikipedia entry describes them
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_broil
"In Canada a ground meat patty wrapped in flank or round steak is known as a London broil. Some butchers will wrap the flank steak around a concoction of seasoned and ground or tenderized flank steak (Zehrs Grocers in the GTA). Others sell a pork sausage patty wrapped in flank or top round steak labeled as London broil (Goeman's Lakeshore Meats in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada). The website for Goeman's[1] differentiates between Canadian London broil (the sausage patties wrapped in Top Round Steak) and American London broil (Top Round Steak). Another variant, popularized in Ontario, is a London broil "loaf", wherein the tenderized flank steak exterior is wrapped around minced and spiced veal as the filler. In some regions, bacon will be added between the flank steak and the veal grind."
