The wings do look good. You are right, it is almost impossible to get a true internal meat reading on wings. I found the best way to see if they are done, is to prick several of them (down to the bone) and check to see if the juices run clear, if so they are done. I check a few wings that are in different areas of the tray, if they all run clear, you can bet the whole tray is done.
