Head Country's website, they have a big 30 oz shaker or a case.
Price is just about right for the bulk jar compared to what I paid for
the small 8 oz jar at WallyMart.

Will temp probe both butts in two or three places just to be safe...

Would this rub be worth the shipping to CAN if they even ship to us??

Hope those butts turn out for ya.  You are in good hands, so I'm not worried at all.
Looking forward to the finish pics.

Make sure you probe both butts toward the end.  Even though they're about the same size you can always run into an ornery one that might take longer.

That just doesn't sound right, Arnie.    :D   ;D

First round, HeadCountry rub pm, CYM and more rub am...

9 hours, IT's anywhere from 198 to 203....

Lot of pulled pork, very little fat left.......

Ate too much when this got to the table.....

Had more for sandwiches for lunch....not sure it isn't even better
second time around.    Think it'll freeze good?
Thanks for all the advice and encouragement!

Nice job!  I always think the pulled pork that comes out of the freezer has a better taste than before it went in. The internal meat gets to absorb all the goody stuff that was on the outside  ;D

Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

Those sure look beautiful.  I think you nailed 'em!

Great job!

I too think the flavor improves with age.  I don't know about freezing because pulled pork doesn't last long enough here to get frozen.   ???

I try to make it a point to get a small bag vac sealed before it is gone.  I use it to mix in my baked beans.  If I grab and bag it before the herd digs in they will never miss it and it is tucked safely in the freezer for my next batch of beans.

Sorry I missed this, not sure if they'll ship to Canada, suppose it's worth and email though.
It's good but I'm not sure I'll get more of it......got a spice in it that isn't my favorite, not sure
what it is, cumin or oregano, maybe...going to try some others and see what adding brown
sugar does.
Shipped a camera to an ebay buyer in canada years
ago and the poor guy had to pay import charges or something to pick it up......
