Title: Salmon Fillet
Post by: Wingman on December 27, 2011, 10:09:06 AM
Decided to smoke a piece of salmon with the trout. I bought a salmon  fillet today and when I went to cut it  up into pieces I  realized the skin was removed. Is it possible to follow through with the smoke or will it just fall apart on the rack?

Should be just fine. I have done many filets with skin on and off
