Hello everyone, as the title says I am new to the forum.
I stumbled across the forum while looking for smoking information and have been coming back for a couple days now to learn more and pick up new ideas. I don't currently own a smoker but frequently smoke meat, sausage, jerky and wild game using my bbq. Plan on purchasing a Bradley Digital smoker in the spring. I've been lusting over them for some time now!!

Welcome to the forum, don't forget to pick up some bisquettes with your new smoker. You might want to look at a digital thermometer also. Maverick just came out with a new model.
