Well I decided to up up some ribs for today. Got the ribs home from Costco and rubbed them down and into the frig for the night. just put them in the Bradley for a ride with 3 hours of Hickory. Going to do the 3-2-1 method.

The base of the rub is from the Competition Ribs on the recipe site just kicked up and a few additional spices :o :o

Yeah buddy, those are fine looking ribs. Great pull back from the bone.
They where so good my oldest son and I finished them inabout 15 minutes.
