Title: first bacon
Post by: hybridcx on March 20, 2012, 07:37:50 PM
did my first bacon and man oh man is it good, learned a few things though that Costco maple syrup is too light to brine with and that it makes a lot more bacon than it looks like once sliced up and vac packed.

washed dried and ready to smoke

Looks like you did a real good job on that bacon.
You'll never like store bacon again.
