Nice! I'd like to know how the flavor of the mix is if you don't mind...always looking for something new.

I definately will, It has natural smoke flavor already in the mix so I will probably dry it in the dehydrator. It smelled good when I mixed it up. Right now I can only vouch for backwoods original jerky mix, it is very good and everyone that trys the jerky wants more , even offers to pay for the stuff :)

Will be watching thus one. I have some LEM seasoning but it's mesquite flavor. Haven't had a chance to use it.

70% done But this pretty much shows the final product, thicker slices need about another hour.

Its hard to judge the flavor when its still hot so I will let you know tomorrow Sandy

The crew liked the flavor of the bbq flavored jerky mix, I like it too but like lems original better.

They turned out great looking!  So it was all done in the dehydrator?  Does it have smoke flavor in it or did you add liquid smoke? Thanks!

It was all done in the dehydrater, It had a hint of smoke flavor but could use a little more, I did not add any liquid smoke as I could smell it in the brine already and read it on the package. Thanks for askin :)
