Title: smokiing ribs time

i want to smoke some ribs this spring but i dont know how long or wat to use as a rub wat are your suggestions

There are many different opinions. I use the 3-2-1 method. 3 hours smoking, 2 hours wrapped in foil, 1 hour with sauce. Temp of smoker is set for 225F

There are also lots of rub recipe on the `rubs and sauces` section of this forum. Many people have their own rub that meets their personal preference. try one out and see what you think. I love Indian and Mexican food so my rub has a little more cumin than some others may prefer.
