I have bounced in and out of that website many times and i agree with you.

I used the Amazing Ribs website for several years before I even knew about this place.  About the only thing I still use from it is their recipe for Meathead's Memphis Dust rub.  It's also where I first read about the Texas Crutch for ribs.

Like with any site, there are things I agree with and other things I don't. I've been using that site and the Virtual Bullet for some time. I enjoy the articles on both sites, often adopting, adapting and tweaking them to use with my equipment.
