How did you do the double-smoked ham?

Pretty simple, just used spicy brown mustard with Jan's rub and into the smoke @ 225 until an IT of 140. . Last hour or so mop it with a mixture of honey, Dr. Pepper and your favorite BBQ sauce.  I used a spiral cut ham.  Real happy with the results.
