Bondo

hey all thanks for putting together this killer forum.  I picked up the oringal bradly smoker at cabela's about a week ago and i have to say it is one kick ass smoker.  I did have the little chief and i hated it,  took way to long to do anything.
Well so far i have done a whole chicken some jerkey and some nuts, o and i did a flat iron steak the other night and it turned out really good.
Tonight i am going to try some nice pieces of ham i picked up, again i wanted to say thanks for the forum and i hope to make quite a few friends on here.

i picked up a 10lbs ham at wally world two days ago and i am not overy sure of a good way to smoke it.  I was thinking of cutting off some nice size chunks, one for each of us and trying to some it that way.  Any sugestions.

GusRobin

is it a cooked ham or raw ham?

smoke at 225 for 3-4 hours and then put into your oven until you hit the desired IT.
