Any recipes out there for dried venison or moose??
Bundy if your looking for the salty flavor that you find in Dried/Chipped Beef. That is the flavor profile I got when I took a hind quarter from a deer and treated it the same as a fresh Ham. I used the exact same recipe that I use for Hams. The venison really took on the salt.
