Hi just bought myself the digital 4 rack smoker on sale at Canadian tire and love it already.  I made a rack of ribs using the 3-2-1 method and the wife and kids loved it.  Hopefully it gets lots of use this fall as a group of us got drawn for moose and elk.  Looking forward to try new recipes on this forum.

Welcome to the forum.  Lots of good resources here.  Take pictures when you smoke and post them.
