Looks good, if you did that in the BCS you need to post the recipe in the recipe booklet thread and if you didn't try it in there you need to, I bet it would be awesome smoked

...in a bowl whisk together 1/4 c. sugar,2 tbsps. brandy & 1 egg yolk.Melt 1 baker secrets dark chocolate square.(I nuke it in a 1 ltr. glass measuring cup)
Stir sugar mixture into melted chocolate. 8)
