Title: Boneless beef chuck roast?

Morning everybody, i had one of my beef cows processed and ive got some roasts that id like to do something different with. Anybody have any ideas on what i can do with these roasts? Smoke them whole? Make them into jerky? Thanks in advance!!

a few thoughts,

1) smoke them whole
2) make roast beef then slice thin for sandwiches.
3) smoke for beef stew
4) smoke and cook for  pulled beef
5) enjoy enjoy  enjoy

Thank you beefman! Ill look into the roast beef and or pulled beef. Somebody on here know of a good roast beef or pulled beef recipe?

RAGIN CAJUN RUB

1    CUP BROWN SUGAR
½    CUP SEASONED SALT
½    CUP PAPRIKA
2    TBSP GARLIC SALT
2    TBSP CHILI POWDER
2    TBSP BLACK PEPPER
4    TBSP GROUND MUSTARD
1    TBSP GRANULATED ONION
1    TBSP CELERY SALT

TANGY MEMPHIS RUB

¾    cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
½    cup paprika
¼    cup Morton's kosher salt
¼    cup garlic powder
¼    ground mustard
¼    cup garlic powder
2    tablespoons ground black pepper
2    tablespoons ground ginger powder
2    tablespoons onion powder
2    teaspoons rosemary powder
2    tablespoon celery seed
1    table spoon dried thyme
1    tablespoon cumin
2    teaspoon cumin
2    teaspoon ground coriander
2    teaspoon ground all spice

Here are a couple of pulled beef recipes I've tried, and have turned out really good.

Here is another link. It is a Chipotle Barbacoa copycat recipe. The only change I made in it, is after searing the meat, I placed it in the smoker for about 1:40 - 2:00 of pecan smoke. After applying the smoke, place the smoked beef in the crock pot as cook as directed by the recipe.

So far so good. I applied the rub last night, i used jans rub. Put the roast in the smoker around 1:30 am this morning.
