Title: Piri-Piri Chicken

Portuguese style chicken...

...served with a home-made IPA...

Piri-Piri sauce...
4 to 8 thai chilies diced
2 garlic cloves minced
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup evoo
1/2 cup whisky
1 tsp paprika
pinch of salt
combine all ingredients and let sit over night.
Mop/brush on chicken during cooking process.
