This is a great mop for all kinds of ribs (or any pork). You get the tenderizing power of the vinegar and a whole lot of flavor from the spices.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator. This mop will stay good for about three months refrigerated. Make ahead to allow the flavors to blend.
I tripled mine cuz i gots lots of moppin to do this week :D
Here is the mop

but can i ask how its used, noobie question i know
Keeps your barbecue and grilling moist and infuse it with flavor while you are cooking/smoking.
You don't want to over do it in the Bradley cause every time you open the door, you loose your heat. :)

While your smoking/grilling or BBQing, you baste the meat with it as its cooking.
Google BBQ mop ad you can see pics of what you would typically use to "mop" the meat using the mopping sauce you made.
