Been pretty busy lately but I am determined to fire up the cooker for the big game on Sunday.
So far I have two racks of Baby Backs, Buffalo Chicken Dip and Moink Balls on the menu. I am sure this will expand as we get closer to Sunday. What will be on your cooker for the Super Bowl?

Doing some moose summer sausage and caribou snack sticks.
Oh and large quantities of rum and cola chased down with large quantities of rum and cola followed by more.............. well you get the picture. ;) ;D

Got 50lbs of Crawfish being boiled up( corn,potatos,sausage,mushrooms), 2 pork butts, hotdogs for the kids

Pulled pork, nachos with home made salsa, jalapeno spiked bean dip and chips.
Pulled pork, slaw and smoked beans made with hillbilly bacon. And of course a tub of suds!
Got an elk brisket that my stepson brought us from Montana at Christmas time.

Smoked about 14 pounds (raw) of unicorn butt and two dragon tri-tips today (SWMBO's sister is visiting and they have the camera). Whatever makes it through till Sunday will get served at a friend's party.
