Same rub as Geofite used:
1/8 cup black pepper
1/4 cup paprika//
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup raw natural sugar
1 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon onion powder
Except I mixed rub WITH 2 cups CYM (Cheap Yellow Mustard) and painted on this paste.

Yes, I had already snacked a piece, where you see bark missing.

I'm honored that you used my rub mix!
When I put the rub on my meat over the CYM and then rubbed it in, it got all mixed up together and I got the same result that you got mixing it together.
Looks like you got a great looking butt! Yum! I'm craving for another smoke and then a few of those delicious pulled pork sandwiches on a soft bun with secret sauce and homemade slaw on the side!
Butt, my favorite. Man, that looks great. Any leftovers you can share w/ us?
I've read on here that the mustard doesn't impart a flavor--it just holds more rub on. Would have never thought mustard would become tasteless, but I guess it does. Might have to try it next time around.
