Title: Sirloin Tip Jerky
Post by: NePaSmoKer on May 03, 2009, 05:59:53 AM
I cut up 3.5 lbs of sirloin tip this morning for some jerky. Got it in my homemade wet marinade with some black pepper.

Going in Bradley with 4 pucks of oak for a cold smoke. Then into the big "C" dehydrator  ;D
