Title: My rub
Post by: rooster445 on May 10, 2009, 11:09:44 AM
Hello,
I got me a DBS 6 rack last weekend and allready have smoked baby back 2 10lb butts and polish sausage. Great little smoker.

Anyway I've been smoking along time and this is my tried and true rub recipe I thought I would share.

1lbs - Brown sugar
1 pkt - Williams chilli seasoning 4lb pack
1tsp - salt
1tsp - cayenne

I use this on everything I smoke.   ;)

That sounds great! I just went to the Williams sight and they have several. Which one did you use?

Is the Williams chili seasoning something one could get at the store or is only available online?
