  hi! bob here, can anyone help me with smoking side bacon? ihave used the bradley with great success on pork loin.. brined smoked and then brought to 170  internal temp..cooked.. how long should i brine bacon, and how long to smoke, at what temp? after all it will be fried after.. unlike the loins..any info is appreciated.   bob

Welcome Aboard Bob. You wanting a wet brine or a dry cure for your Bacon? Here is a link to some that I did. That turned out PDG. Hope it helps answer your question.

Welcome Aboard Porcklips.  I just made a batch of the above recipe from 10.5 and it is very easy and very good, I highly suggest it.
