Title: New guy tries for TX BBQ in PA
Post by: smoke1001 on May 13, 2009, 11:57:22 AM
Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and new to Bradley Smokers. I live in Pennsylvania and have a Bradley digital 4-rack. Just did my first smoke, attempting Texas barbecue using a 14.2 pound packer cut brisket, and had some issues with the finished product. I'd like some critiques of my process. Should I post that here in the Introduce Yourself area or in some other area? Thanks, Smoke1001.
