I'm new to this forum but have been smoking for years. I just ordered the 6 rack digital and found this forum. I'm very impressed with the members here, the more I read the more I like what you guys say. A very positive forum for sure! Anyways just wanted to leave a general message saying hello!

Hi Danno and welcome to the forum.
If you haven't already checked out the Recipe Site just click on the smoker in the bottom of my post. Tons of tried & true stuff from all the fine folks here on the forum.

Lot's of good info, and some really good folks here to answer any questions you might have. Just cruise around here and the recipe sight a bit and you are good to go!
