If anyone is worried that Auber Instruments isn't a good company to do business with, check this out:
* Ordered unit at 10:31am on Monday (A holiday: MEMORIAL DAY)
* Realized I ordered the wrong probe, so I sent a note at 10:33am asking that the correct probe be sent when the order ships.
* Received note back from Suyi (owner?) at 10:36am saying "no problem, we'll take care of it."
What kind of company gives 3 minute turnaround on order questions?!?!? (Auber does)
Talk about service. Very impressed!!
That's all...now get back to your Memorial Day festivities!! ;D
Suyi's customer service is awesome. I think it was Memorial Day weekend last year the first time that I tried my PID. It was DOA and I sent an email during the weekend. I think I had an email in less than an hour asking for my phone # so he could call me to see if we could get it going.
That's been my experience dealing with Auber as well. Excellent service.

I think that guy at Aubur does not sleep because I have emailed questions at weird hours and he has responded. Very cool!
They are great people, going above and beyond to work with us, and get us cooking!
