Title: Smoked Bagels
Post by: drammer on June 02, 2009, 11:31:16 AM
Hello all,
I just wanted to share this and see if anyone else has given it a try. I made up some basic bagels and instead of baking them in the oven I used the smoker. I was very happy with the outcome. Has anyone else tried this?

I have done buttermilk biscuits in my Traeger but not any bread items in my Bradley.

Drammer;

Welcome to the forum.

I've never tried this. Can you give specifics as to cabinet temperature, how much smoke was applied, where the bagels boiled first, and baked after smoking.
