Title: Ribs For Dinner

Just got 1 rack of pork spare ribs going today. Nothing fancy. Cut in half to fit on the racks. See I dont always do ribs on my Traeger  ;D

The small rack is done. Took about 5 hours. You can still see the steam in the pic from the FTC. The IT of the meat got to 192*
I brushed Missouri mud sauce on em  ;D
