I have not tried it either. Did it get that brown at 200 degrees? Or was it browned on a grill later? It looks great.

Mine was brown to say the least.

Using PID controller.. 110F.

Thanks Olds, glad you and your Mom enjoyed it.

My boy is growing fast. He still gets a great kick out of being the poster boy on the Recipe site splash page. He makes sure anybody who comes over for a smoked meal see's the page.
I haven't done that recipe in awhile myself. Maybe this weekend.

Edit: Pensrock, It was all done in the Bradley.

Olds,
 This weekend I tried that recipe. I have only done a few chickens and I did not care for them. This chicken was GREAT! The white meat, which I do not like, was very moist and plenty of flavor. I will be doing this again.
