Title: Received Damaged BDS
Post by: freestyl24 on June 08, 2009, 06:38:47 PM
I received my Jim Beam BDS that I ordered online today, but it is severely damaged. See pics below. It appears to have been crushed possibly. And there are screws that have come loose and they wont screw back in. It also has quite a few dings on the inside and the pan. The funny thing is that the box shows no signs of damage. Would seem it came from the factory like that.  I guess my question is should I contact the online retailer or Bradley for a replacement.

I would contact the retailer first, as it could have been a return that has been repackaged. I doubt UPS would do anything if the package was intact.

When i worked for Cabelas we got allot of Bradleys like this. Done by packing into the truck or from the shipper, UPS, FEDEX. I would call the company who got it to your door and show them pics and the box if that was damaged too. Maybe even the online seller.

Hope you get some help.
