Title: Nice little roast

Rump roast, vac sealed and aged for 3 weeks

Rubbed up and resting

3 hours of mesquite smoke, 4 hours total in the smoker @ 220

After wrapped in foil into the house oven @ 200 for 2 hours

going to do a rump raost tomorrow... 7.5 lbs... how long and what temp would you recomend?
