Title: Salmon Question (Bradley Recipe)
Post by: Indy Smoker on June 14, 2009, 10:27:18 AM
Hello!

I made my first batch of salmon following the Bradley recipe.  It turned out OK, but EXTREMELY salty.  Should I have rinsed after the overnight brining and prior to placing in the smoker ??  I am looking to make another batch but would like something that is more edible this time around.

Some recipes I have seen call for rinsing and some don't.  Depends on the brine and other processing after the brine.
