The best laid plans....
I picked up a good size loin last night that was going to become part bacon and a stuffed smoked loin.
I have been reading about the difficulty attaining curing solutions.
My best laid plans are about to create on heck of a huge stuffed loin if I cannot get some cure.
Or maybe the loin will have to find its way to the frigid freezer until I can get some cure.
Any idea where I can get cure for bacon in the Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga area?
I am even considering a trip to the Kitchener area markets Saturday as the weather gods and golf gods seem to be at odds about how I will be spending my recreational time.
