Title: First Chucky

5.5lb beef chuck
Weber Burgundy beef dry rub from Sam's Club

4 hrs in the smoker at 220* with hickory

Pan and wrap with foil to finish in the over.
6 hrs at 220*

Kept warm in the crock pot until dinner time.

Came out great first time the whole family love something smoked.

How do you like the flavor of the Weber seasoning?
I haven't tried that one.

That chucky looks good and moist.

I did a couple of chucky's two weeks ago they and turned out great.
