Title: New Smoker in the House
Post by: mav23 on June 24, 2009, 08:12:45 PM
I have been reliant on my Weber for just about everything the last few years, but had to get a Bradley smoker after visiting my bud in MD. who did a bone in pork shoulder that was just about the best that I have tasted.  I did 3 racks the day after I bought mine, but had some temp issues.   Learned a lot from this forum.  Not to be denied, I am trying them out again on Friday utilizing all the helpful tips that are posted on this site.

Looking forward to this weekend.  By the way, if you see a posting from Island Crabber, be ware!

Welcome Mav!  Don't forget to post your results.

Personally, I've never worried about any tea bags. You probably don't need to either.

Have fun Mav, waiting to hear your results.

Oh No!  You better move that smoker out of the house or it will fill your entire house with smoke.  :o  Your entire house smelling like your smoker...I could see why one might do that.  The wife might not agree, but it has a certain appeal to it.  ;D

Welcome aboard mav.  Be careful though, this smoking thing can be addictive.
