Title: Flank Steak
Post by: oakville smoker on June 30, 2009, 10:45:14 AM
Good day all

On vacation here and the weather is not cooperating so I am looking for things in the freezer to smoke.
Found some flank steaks, I bought them in a moment of weakness at Costco.
I am thinking these could be good in teh smoker
I am trying to figure out best method for Bradley
Any ideas?

Consider cold smoking it and then (after a day in the fridge wrapped in Saran wrap) grilling it or preparing it however you normally would.
