Hi,

I am Tim from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I recieved my OBS for xmas a couple of years ago. Originally from Minnesota I like making sausage, smoked fish ect.. I have had very good luck with my results thanks to alot of you on this forum. I really have enjoyed lurking in the background and absorbing all the facts and tips the members put out!

Looking forward to participating with all of you!

Welcome Tim.  Good to have another Southwesterner here.  Glad to hear of your success with the Bradley - puts out some great stuff to eat.  What kind of sausages do you make!  And what kind of smoked fish?

If I'd known you were there yesterday, I'd have had my parents wave at you as they passed through Albuquerque on their way to Idaho Falls.
