Hello Everyone,

New to the Bradley "family" but have been smoking/BBQing for some time. Have and have used my Smoky Mountain propane smoker, Weber Genesis propane grill with chip burner box, and Weber kettle.  I just picked up a four rack BDS and finishing the seasoning right now.  It looks like there's a lot of experience and expertise here, my thanks in advance when any/all of you answer my newbie questions.

Welcome Chuck, I'm in the East Bay, Union City and we also have a member in Palo Alto. Do a little reading here and on the Recipe sight and yer good to go!

Hello Chuck.  Got a great mix of people here with a lot of experience and a lot of respect for one another.  Jump in with both feet and show us picks.  I love to see pics of some great looking brisket while at work - makes me day dream good dreams!
