They look great, I'm going to have to make up some more dough.

Hey Deb, can I make up a double batch and freeze some of it for later?

Pens,

I have never done it but I believe it can be done.  I don't remember what recipe you are using but if one rise or overnight rise in fridge - I would freeze right after making it (before the rise).  If recipe with two rises I would let it rise the first time and then freeze.  Oil the ball and wrap with plastic wrap & then into ziploc.  The night before you want to make the pizza take out of freezer and put in fridge.  Hour or two before making pizza take out of fridge and let come to room temp

Ok, thanks Deb, I do the overnight rise, so I can wrap them up and freeze right away. Good to know.

I owe Deb the thanks. Because of her posts I now have the stone, the peel, learned about high gluton flour, etc.

If you have kids it should be on the must do list. They get a kick out of it.
