Title: To Long for Butts
Post by: bflosmoke on July 04, 2009, 07:26:21 AM
At this moment I have a 13# Brisket and (2) 10# aprox butt in the bradley. If I end up boating with apple juice at about 10 pm would i be alright through 8 am. That would be around 22 hrs of cook time.I am not to concerned about the brisket I have done long smokes before but my concern is with the butts could the lengthy time hurt the finished product?
Thanks
Tom

When you reach the IT you want you can set the tower temp to match or FTC.
