Title: Smoked Bacon
Post by: Oldman on July 09, 2009, 09:07:43 AM
Where I live getting bellys for smokin' is a full case purchase. This is just not a option for me.

A few months back Susan pick up a new brand of bacon. It is called Wright - Brand. It is "Naturally Hardwood"" smoked.

Well after serveral purchase of it I can say that it is one of if not the best smoked bacon I've ever purchased.

So if you are like me and purchasing 50 -60 pounds of belly is not an option I strongly suggest you try this bacon.

They have a web-site... http://www.wrightbrand.com On that site it tells you where in your area (hopefully) you can purchase this bacon.

Olds.

I worked for a grocery store chain that carried that bacon.  Hands down the best bacon I've ever tried.  We didn't carry anything but the regular smoked bacon.  But, the deli would cook some of that up at server it out.  One of the best selling products in their department!
